Rollout is an entertainment app that randomly suggests nearby businesses, attractions, and destinations. By using it you agree to these terms.
Place names, locations, and hours come from third-party sources (OpenStreetMap contributors) and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Businesses close, move, and change hours. Verify details before traveling to any destination. Rollout makes no warranty of any kind — express or implied — about the accuracy, availability, safety, or suitability of any suggested place.
Rollout suggests; you decide. You are solely responsible for where you choose to go, how you get there, and your conduct there. Never interact with the app while driving. Comply with local laws, including those regarding alcohol.
Rollout's milestones celebrate in-app activity — rolling, planning, and sharing — and a daily roll streak. They do not require, verify, or reward physically visiting any place, arriving quickly, or consuming anything. Nothing in the app should be treated as encouragement to travel, hurry, or go somewhere you would not otherwise choose to go.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollout and Cain Consolidated are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app, and total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US $10.
Rollout+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices may change with notice.
Don't abuse, reverse-engineer for competitive cloning, resell, or overload the service or its data providers.
